About Us

The annual Vancouver Bahá’í Conference on Social and Cultural Studies is organized by a committee of the Regional Bahá’í Council of British Columbia.

This conference creates a platform for the discussion of cultural and social issues of interest to today’s Canadian community from diverse perspectives particularly from the Bahá’í Faith point of view. This conference explores the dynamics of the relationships among the individual, the community and the institutions of society, the three protagonists in the advancement of civilization. It will also strive to increase an understanding of the processes that will transform society and further the cause of unity.
